BUILD is our technical strength training class designed to increase muscle mass, bone density, and joint resilience through structured and progressive lifting.

PERFORM

PERFORM is a balanced strength and conditioning class that improves fitness, movement quality, and real world performance for sport and everyday life.

GRIT

GRIT is a high intensity conditioning class delivering a fast paced, full body workout to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and overall work capacity.

Classes are 45 mins, except GRIT on Sunday which is 60 mins.
