Integrated training
Integrated training
Coaching built around your body, your goals and your life. It starts with an assessment, progresses with a plan, and has physios on the same team.
You don’t need to be fit to start.

What’s different
A coaching process, not a workout
Integrated means your training connects to your history, your goals, your life and our physio team. Every client gets:
Assessment first
An individual movement and strength assessment before your program starts.
Programming for you
Built on your goals, injury history and lifestyle.
Clear progression
Structured training blocks in named phases. Your progress is logged, so you can see it.
Load management
We match what you do to what your body can handle, to reduce injury risk.
Recovery built in
Mobility and recovery are part of the program, not an extra.
Physios on the team
When something needs a physio, they’re under the same roof and work on the same plan.
Each session opens with a check-in and closes by linking today to your longer plan.
Who it’s for
Why people come to us
Health
Feeling better and moving well, day to day.
A long, healthy life
Staying strong and capable as the years go on.
Weight loss
A common starting goal. We build it on training and habits you can keep.
Strength
Getting stronger, with technique coached and progress tracked.
Food, sleep and stress matter too. Health coaching covers them, alongside your training.

Your first step
The free training consultation
Before anything is planned, a coach takes time to understand you. You talk through:
- Your goals, and what reaching them would change
- Injuries and physio history, past or present
- Sleep, stress, eating and daily movement
- What has stopped you before
- The support that suits you, and when you can realistically train
- What success looks like for you
If pain is part of the picture, your coach may suggest a free physio assessment first. If you go ahead, your coach builds your program before your first session.

The Bridge
Physio and coach, one team
Coming back from injury? Your physio and coach work on one plan, from pain through function to performance.
Your coach reads your physio’s report before writing your program. Your physio tests you between phases and clears each step up.

Questions
Before your consultation
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Your program starts from an assessment of where you are now, and progresses from there.
What happens at the free training consultation?
A coach goes through your goals, injury and physio history, lifestyle and what has stopped you before. Then you agree where to begin.
I have an old injury. Can I still train?
Tell your coach at the consultation. Your program is built around your injury history, and our physios are on the same team. If it still hurts, start with a free physio assessment.
Which format should I choose?
Your coach helps you decide at the consultation, based on your goals, your week and the support that suits you.
What does it cost?
The consultation is free, with no obligation. Your coach then recommends a plan and explains the cost before you commit.
